    Conditioning is a specific type of training that focuses on narrowing in on a specific aspect of fitness to develop your abilities in that area. For example, you may chose to focus on your aerobic capacity, power or strength, by performing sprints, utilising plyometric boxes or working abdominal benches into your training program.
